1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

diva4 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Acceptable identity documents include Indonesian National ID (KTP), passport, driver's license, or other government-issued identification. Failure to provide requested documentation within 14 days may result in account suspension or closure, and forfeiture of funds.

4. Account Registration and Security

4.1 Creating an Account

To access diva4's real-money services, you must register a personal account by providing accurate, current, and complete information including your full name, date of birth, email address, residential address, and phone number. You may only register one account per person. Multiple accounts, duplicate accounts, or accounts registered using false information will be closed, and any associated balances may be forfeited.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you, and you will be liable for all transactions, bets, and financial activity.

• A clear photo of a valid government-issued ID (Indonesian KTP, passport, or driver's license)
• A selfie photograph holding the ID document next to your face

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposits made during Indonesian banking hours (Monday-Friday 08:00-16:00 WIB) are typically credited within 5-15 minutes. Deposits made outside banking hours or on weekends/holidays may take up to 24 hours. Cryptocurrency deposits require network confirmations (1 confirmation for USDT, 1 confirmation for Bitcoin, 12 confirmations for Ethereum).

5.2 Withdrawal Policies

Players may request withdrawals at any time, subject to account verification and wagering requirements. Withdrawal methods must match the deposit method used, unless otherwise approved by diva4. Withdrawal processing times:

• Cryptocurrency: Processed within 5 minutes to 1 hour after approval
• Bank Transfer: Processed within 24 hours during business days (may take 1-3 business days for bank processing)
• E-Wallet: Processed within 1-6 hours after approval

Minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000 or $20 cryptocurrency equivalent. Maximum withdrawal per transaction is Rp 500.000.000 or $50,000 cryptocurrency equivalent. 5.3 Fees and Charges

diva4 does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, third-party payment processors, banks, or cryptocurrency networks may impose their own fees, which will be deducted from the transaction amount. Players are responsible for any fees charged by intermediary financial institutions.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

7. Betting Rules and Game Integrity

All bets placed on diva4 are final and cannot be canceled, reversed, or amended once confirmed. In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or obvious pricing error (palpable error), diva4 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes.

diva4 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all casino games and employs provably fair algorithms for crash games. Live dealer games are conducted in real-time with professional dealers in licensed studios. Sports betting odds are set by diva4's trading team and may change at any time before bet acceptance.

Players are prohibited from:

• Using automated betting systems, bots, or software to place bets
• Exploiting technical errors, game bugs, or system vulnerabilities
• Colluding with other players or sharing information to gain unfair advantage
• Engaging in arbitrage betting or syndicate play across multiple platforms
• Betting on outcomes for which the result is already known

10. Limitation of Liability
